Long Beach Aquarium

As many of you know one of our favorite things to do is to go to Long Beach Aquarium and we have an annual pass.
250-turtle.jpgA few days ago the boys and I took a morning trip there and had fun as always. Each time we go Alexander seems to find something new and fun to explore and experience. This time, he saw an ENORMOUS sea turtle and spent ages at eye level with it saying hello. 150-feeding_a_lorikeet.jpgHe also touched some bat rays in the petting pool and fed the Lorikeets.

Oliver loves the huge tanks full of tropical fish and gazes at them for ages. 175-oliver_at_aquarium.jpgHere he is looking a little hot and bothered after coming in from the heat.

    I can empathise with Oliver. He looks just how I feel in the heat we have here in UK at present—–jaded ! But he’s luckier than me, he has a long, cool drink in his hand.

    The picture of Alexander and that enormous sea turtle is really sweet. it seems as if they are talking.
